Eagle pose

Today in Yoga, we did the arm part of the Eagle Pose. I have always loved this pose. When I do it, I feel like I'm exercising the muscles in my larynx. We did this, while focusing on our Third Eyes, the 6th Chakra, Intuition. Our thumbs resting on that place between the two eyes. A knowing that connects us in our breathe.
